How to submit your information for the MTHS Alumni Class Listings:
To submit your information for inclusion in the Alumni website, please complete and submit the form below. 
You must include an email address, a street address or a phone number on the Alumni page along with your information. If no box for one of these is checked, your update will not be posted.

Your information is not automatically posted but will be reviewed and, if approved, posted as time allows.  

The Alumni website is updated as time allows. Information submitted during the summer months will not appear until after school starts in the Fall. 


How to update or change your already listed information:
To update or change your already listed information, just complete and submit another form.

Removing Yourself from the Alumni Listings
